This policy explains what information OnSpot Bookings ("OnSpot", "we", "us") collects when you use our customer and business apps on Android, iOS and the web, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details: your phone number (used to sign you in with a one-time password) and, if you provide them, your name and email.
Booking details: the businesses, services, dates and times you book, and any notes you add.
Business details: for business accounts, the business name, services, opening hours and the staff members who use the app.
Technical data: device type, app version and basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

To create your account and sign you in.
To make, show and manage bookings between customers and businesses.
To send booking confirmations and important service messages.
To keep OnSpot secure, fix problems and improve the apps.

Sharing

When you book, the business you book with sees the details it needs to serve you (such as your name, phone number and booking time). We use trusted service providers, for example for hosting and sending one-time passwords, who process data only on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children

OnSpot is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. If we make significant changes, we will let you know in the app or on this page.
